The upcoming project will be Young’s 15th official project, with his first on streaming sites having been released in 2009, titled Tef London. The rapper hosted a listening party for his upcoming project in mid-February with a number of special guests including fellow rappers Blade Brown, K-Trap, DoRoad, LD, and influencers Mimi the Music Blogger and Lippy. The rapper hosted the listening party at the Just Hype flagship store in SoHo.

Teflon was able to hold his listening party at the Just Hype store in central London after recently becoming an official member of the Just Hype family, joining the likes of Lippy and Margs. Just Hype announced on their Instagram in early February that the rapper had joined the team posting a photoshoot with a caption that read,” ITS OFFICIAL  @youngsteflon Every Rappers Favourite Rapper Is The Latest Member To Join The Family  MAJOR THINGS TO COME ”.

Prior to the official announcement of Youngs’ upcoming project, the rapper had been actively making moves around the album, with a listening party, headline shows and singles all being announced and released. The rapper recently announced a three date tour that will see him perform in Birmingham, Manchester and London between the 28th to the 30th of march.

Youngs Teflon is a UK rap legend and has been in the scene for well over 10 years. The rapper has moved within genres, having tried his hand at Grime, Melodic and drill. Coming out of Brixton in southwest London, the rapper has grown around a number of artists in the area and worked alongside them with artists such as Blade Brown, K-trap and 67 have all been artists and groups that have worked with and grown with Tef.

Youngs Teflon’s upcoming mixtape All Eyes On Me Against the World is set to drop on the 18th of March 2022.

The Brixton and Peckham rappers brought together the neighbouring areas for this new track as they both showcased their immense rap ability. The pair are regularly seen together via their social media and constantly interact online. As well as this they have both shared that they spend a lot of time together in the studio despite this prior to their track “Sharks” they have only released one track which was titled “Double Dose” and featured on Youngs Teflon’s 2020 project “Call of duty 3”.

Away from what is already released, there is a demand for a joint Youngs Teflon and Tiny Boost project, the two styles of rap make them two of the best street Rap rappers that the UK have to offer and their chemistry has been highlighted not only with their personal relationships but their chemistry over the two tracks they have released is undeniable.

Youngs Teflon has been a member of the UK rap scene for well over 10 years first emerging in 2008, dabbling with grime before finding his lane in the street rap genre. His longevity has seen him gain an understanding in the UK scene which has allowed him to help usher in the younger rappers in his area of Brixton such as 67 who were arguably the group that made the UK drill sound so popular.

Tiny Boost comes from a line of elite UK rappers, being a part of the legendary Peckham collective SN1 and included the likes of Giggs, Gunna Dee, Joe grind and Kyze. Boost has been rapping for well over 10 years and at one point around 2008/2009, he was seen as Gigg’s Protege.

Sadly Tiny boost was given an IPP sentence in 2009, a sentence that gives offenders a minimum time they will serve but not a maximum. In 2018 he was released after 8 and a half years and since his release has dropped two projects, the 17 track project Stricly for the streets released in 2018 and was Boosts first statement following his release, he then went on to release Street dreams in 2020, a 14 track project that has amassed well over 2 million streams.

While fans are left hoping for the duo to drop a joint project, they will have to be satisfied with Tef and Boosts new release “Sharks”, which is available to watch here:
