<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Raised in a musical family, the singer was introduced to the music scene early on, beginning formal lessons at the age of six. At the age of eighteen, Young was signed to Island Records, opening the door to multiple opportunities. Lola Young gained massive success through her hit song ‘Messy’, a track on her </span><a href="https://open.spotify.com/album/3uTpTaMOynCYKV5AtgeO2U" target="_blank"><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">‘This Wasn’t Meant For You Anyway’</span></i></a><span style="font-weight: 400;"> album released last year, which skyrocketed on social media through the help of TikTok, with over a million posts using her sound. Young recently released a single titled <a href="https://open.spotify.com/track/6KFQdIB3njXBQNcg1xUh9U" target="_blank">‘One Thing’</a>, peaking at the number 20 spot on the UK singles charts and climbing to her top three songs on Spotify. Her success of ‘Messy’ and ‘One Thing’ has allowed Young to gain deserved attention for her talent after years of being unheard of and ‘underrated’. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Young is currently on tour in Europe and opened for Billie Eilish’s </span><a href="https://open.spotify.com/album/7aJuG4TFXa2hmE4z1yxc3n" target="_blank"><i><span style="font-weight: 400;">‘HIT ME HARD AND SOFT’ </span></i></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">tour this week on 10 and 11 June They performed at the Accor Arena in Paris, France, with an audience of 45,000 fans. Young&#8217;s set list included songs ‘Conceited’, ‘Big Brown Eyes’, ‘Walk On By’, ‘Messy’, and her new single, ‘One Thing’. Billie Eilish gave a special shout-out to Young after opening her tour, explaining that she loves her song ‘Conceited’. Eilish performed popular songs ‘CHIHIRO’, ‘THE GREATEST’, ‘BIRDS OF A FEATHER’, and ‘What Was I Made For?’.  </span></p>

<p>In summer 2025, Fender will be playing:</p>
<p>The London Stadium, London – June 6</p>
<p>St. James’s Park, Newcastle – June 12</p>

<p>The tour, titled “People Watching Stadium Tour” will take Fender to London and Newcastle. Fender will be playing the London Stadium, which has a capacity of roughly 80,000 people, making it his biggest show to date. Furthermore, supporting acts have been announced: Irish singer CMAT is set to support Fender on all dates, while American Rock band The War on Drugs will only be playing two dates.</p>

<p>Fender has previously headlined St. James’s Park for two consecutive nights which were, in unison, attended by over 100,000 people; up to that point, his biggest headline show had been for 45,000 people in Finsbury Park in 2022, after which Fender released an album recorded live during the concert. Fender has also played the pyramid stage at Glastonbury and has opened for the Rolling Stones at Hyde Park’s British Summer Time.</p>
<p>Fender is currently playing around the UK and Europe. His tour will resume on December 2, when he is set to play the 3Arena in Dublin. The upcoming dates will then take him to Leeds, Manchester and eventually London at the O2 Arena.</p>

<p>The British singer first started out in the music industry in early 2010s but had to take some time off due to personal reasons and a life-threatening illness. Eventually, Fender released his debut EP in 2018 and titled it “<em>Dead Boys</em>”. He then released his debut album in 2019, “<em>Hypersonic Missiles</em>” which peaked at number one on <a href="https://www.officialcharts.com/artist/54705/sam-fender/">UK charts</a>. In 2021, Fender’s second album “<em>Seventeen Going Under</em>” was released and peaked at number one on UK charts.</p>
<p>Fender’s song “<em>Seventeen Going Under</em>” peaked at number 3 in the UK. His collaboration with American singer Noah Kahan, titled “<em>Homesick</em>” peaked at number 5 in the UK. Overall, Fender has 10 songs which made it to the UK’s top 75.</p>
