Confidence Man have once again rescheduled their UK and Ireland tour dates. This is the second time the Australian electro-pop duo have been forced to postpone the dates due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The newly announced dates will see the pair visit Manchester, London, Edinburgh, Bristol, Galway and Dublin between May 3 and June 17, 2022. They’ve also added some more dates in Brighton, Nottingham, Norwich and Cambridge whilst their planned show in Belfast has now been cancelled.

Speaking about the move, the band said “UK/EU news for you! Due to the situation in Australia we’ve had to reschedule to 2022. New dates and a glowed up new year. Our sex drive is unquenchable, and we’re ready to fuck. Some updated venues and some brand new shows, looking at you BRIGHTON, NOTTINGHAM, NORWICH, CAMBRIDGE (these tix are on sale tomorrow!) Unfortunately, we couldn’t replace our Belfast date. Refunds for this show are available via the ticket provider. Buckle up.”

“Geometry of You” comes with an animated video directed by award-winning Devin Flynn (MTV, Adult Swim, FLying Lotus). His animations are well known and exhibited all over the world. Shown regularly on MTV’s ‘Wondershowzen’ and web series ‘Y’all So Stupid’ on Adultswim.

Wasser said about the single: “‘Geometry Of You’ is a song about the intersection of math and sensuality. It’s what Tony Allen did every time he sat down to play. It’s about the quantum aspects of life- there is no one way of doing anything- paradox is everywhere. Finding the flexibility in life is the way I most connect with joy.”

In July the singer shared the first single from the forthcoming album, “Take Me To Yor Leader”. She commented on the song that it “is the most incendiary on the new record. I wrote it watching Jacinda Ardern, PM of New Zealand, navigate 2020. In my dream world, the US asks to meet her in order to learn how to better run the country.”
