The track list contains 4 singles that have already been released. These singles are, “Big Bidness” which they dropped 3 months ago and currently sits on just under 2 million Spotify streams with 370 thousand views on the video, “Roberto C” featuring Unknown T is the next single to have been released the track came out a month ago and has 1.4 million Spotify streams and 250 thousand views on youtube, “Prada Bae” came out around 5 months ago and sits on 850 thousand youtube views and over 2 million streams. The duos latest release was alongside dancehall legend Chronixx titled “Blessings” and was released last week and with no video already sits on 160 thousand Spotify streams.

Young T and Bugsey will appear on 9 of the tracks alone with their songs being titled; the previously released “Big Bidnesss”, “Truth be told”, “Hall of fame”, “Home run”, “Tense”, “Glitter ain’t gold”, “5th not Atlanta” and “Outro”. With a majority of the tracks being solely the Nottingham duo, it looks as though the features on the 6 remaining tracks were picked carefully with some big hitters featuring on the duo’s project. The previously released tracks “Roberto  C” featuring Unknown T, “Prada bae” featuring Nafe Smallz and “Blessings” along Chronix are already out and have been received well by fans with the pair ensuring they fit and sound of their featuring artist. The remaining 3 features are manchester star boy Aitch who features on the track “Caliente”, rising American RnB star Blxst on “Nice”, and the fairly unknown uk singer Jasmine may who appears on the track “Celly”.

Alongside their project roll out the duo have been releasing videos on their youtube channel to give fans an inside look into their working process and have shared clips from the studio with Aitch as well as behind the scenes of their video shoots.

The Nottingham duo took to their social media to share the news as well as the cover art for the upcoming project, which sees the pair in a slight cartoon form at what looks to be a press conference standing behind a podium with newspapers pages reading “Truth be told” covering the wall behind them.

Young T and Bugsey have had an incredible two years, having already broken out in the UK’s then smaller rap and hip hop scene in 2016 with tracks such as “Glistenin” and “No Mickey Mouse Ting”. It wasn’t until lockdown 2020 where the pair found global recognition with the use of their track “Don’t rush” in the viral TikTok challenge,’ the don’t rush challenge’. The success of the challenge saw the song gain over 160 million Spotify streams and opened the pair up to an audience who were previously unaware of the duo’s talent.

While lockdown helped the pair with their single it also had a very negative impact on the rollout of their debut album Plead the 5th. The project dropped in the middle of the lockdown while streets were empty and shops and shows closed, the pair had billboards around Leicester square which they shared with fans, however it was a complete ghost town due to the global situation.

Since then the pair have only gone from strength to strength, featuring on the lead single “Princess Cuts” for Headie One’s chart-topping album Edna, nominations at the Brits, BET and NME awards, as well as releasing a number of singles that have gained positive reactions from their supporters while gaining millions of views and streams.

The pair recently released a new single titled “Roberto C” alongside Unknown T which has gained 690 thousand Spotify streams just 12 days after its release, and with the recent announcement of a new mixtape will likely be a track featuring on the upcoming project.
