The track begins has been described as being “delicately draped over an emotive and elegiac piano, both taking turns to glide over one another in sonic bliss. The soft and passionate verses steadily build towards an eruption of emotion, a beautiful and breath-taking crescendo.”

Speaking about the single, Hannah, said: “I wrote ‘Sleepwalking’ after I had just moved to London to do music full time. I felt completely overwhelmed and swallowed up by London and felt like the reality of it was very different to the dream world in my head. I wrote it with my good friend Jessica Sharman and I guess the song is about wanting a dream to wake you up and become part of your reality. This song completes my EP ‘The Bed You Made’ and I am so proud of it and happy to have it out in the world.”

Before releasing, ‘The Bed You Made’, Hannah dropped the first three singles from the EP, which includes the lead single ‘The Bed You Made’, ‘Different Kind Of Love’, and ‘Almost’. Throughout the EP, ‘The Bed You Made’, Hannah’s incredibly tender vocals take centre stage against a backdrop minimalist musicality, which are stripped back with a raw production that reflects its lyrics.

Hannah’s vocals have been described as being “capable of weaving seamlessly between the passionate soulfulness of jazz, the heartbreak and pain of blues and the sweet melodicism of pop – with a flair for emotive song-writing.”

Her EP, ‘The Bed You Made’, was co-written with her friends and collaborators Martin Luke Brown, Gabrielle Aplin and Jessica Sharman. It’s release follows her recent appearance on Sara Cox’s ITV show, which saw her amaze viewers with performances of her singles ‘With You’ and a stirring piano version of ‘Praise You’.

The track commences with delectate piano and strings, which are used as a background for the emotional and poignant vocals of Grace, with lyrics that are stirring and heart-rending. The track has been described, by Wilful Publicity, as building “through passionate verses before ascending into a stunning chorus imbued with emotion and stirring choral crescendos.”

Grace’s latest track, ‘Different Kind Of Love’, is the latest track to be taken from her upcoming EP and follows the recent release of the EP’s title track, ‘The Bed You Made’, last month. Speaking about the track, ‘Different Kind Of Love’, Hannah, said: “‘Different Kind Of Love’ is about feeling that you have unique friendship or relationship, where you feel no one understands you like that person. It’s about feeling accepted for being completely you with no compromise.”

The EP was co-written with her friends and collaborators Martin Luke Brown, Gabrielle Aplin and Jessica Sharman. Hannah’s forthcoming EP, ‘The Bed You Made’, has been described as containing, “incredible vocal abilities take centre stage amid minimalist musicality, with stripped back and raw production echoing its lyrical content. The result is a moving and timeless collection of tracks that ranges between the uplifting and gloriously cathartic.”

Hannah has spent the year’s since the release of her debut EP, ‘Meant To Be Kind’, in 2014, and 2016’s follow-up, ‘Mustang’, making a name for herself and has proved herself to be a rising star that is full of talent and potential. The single, ‘The Bed You Made’, featured in Spotify’s New Music Friday, today. The video for the single has been released alongside the single, and is filmed from the perspective of Hannah’s ex, following her in a continuous shot, while she explains how she’ll be better on her own.

Speaking about the track, Hannah Grace, said: “I wrote ‘The Bed You Made’ after being hurt by someone I loved. It is definitely the most honest and raw song I’ve ever written and I’m actually a little nervous to share it with the world, but writing the song helped me to reach the conclusion that I am ok on my own. Heartbreak is hard, but ultimately I think if we are good to ourselves we’ll be alright in the end. So, this song is for anyone who’s been cheated on by an ex, I hope this song can give you the courage to be okay on your own.”

The release of the track, ‘The Bed You Made’ and the announcement of her new EP, of the same name, comes ahead of Hannah’s headline performances, this April. The two-date headline shows see Hannah heading to a show, at Clwb Ifor Bach, in Cardiff, on the 8th of April 2019, before heading to a show, at Camden Assembly, in London, on the 9th of April 2019. The latest single, ‘The Bed You Made’, follows the release of previous singles ‘With You’ and ‘Oh River’, both of which proved hits at radio, with plays from both Dermot O’Leary on his Radio 2 show and BBC Radio Wales respectively. She’s also appeared on The Chris Evans Breakfast Show and Zoe Ball’s ITV programme, in addition to a slot at the BBC Biggest Weekend for Radio 2 in Perth, Scotland.

Hannah first caught the attention of Never Fade label founder Gabrielle Aplin, through covers she uploaded onto YouTube. Since then Gabrielle has signed her to Never Fade Records, which is distributed worldwide by AWAL. Hannah’s covers have since gone on to win over even more supporters, including some of today’s biggest names.

In 2017 Hannah garnered praise from Lady Gaga after posting a cover of her hit ‘Million Reasons’, which compelled Gaga to tweet the video and call Hannah a “superstar”. Meanwhile in the same year her cover of ‘Praise You’, soundtracked the Lloyds Bank TV advert and received more than three million streams. ‘The Bed You Made’ is the latest taste of brand new music from Hannah, which along with her show stopping performances set the scene for what’s to come.
