We Are FSTVL will return in 2021 in a brand new location, with brand new dates and presenting a crazy new line-up that most fans of techno and dance music would consider perfect. Usually taking place in May in the Damyns Hall Aerodrome, Upminster, the electronic music festival changes everything: indeed, it will happen on the 11th and 12th of September 2021 in Dagenham.

This year’s festival will feature the performance of international DJs such as Nina Kravitz, Joseph Capriati, Jamie Jones, Loco Dice and the same DJ who was supposed to headline last year’s edition, Carl Cox. The combination of a great line-up and the willingness to come back to live gigs made so that tickets are selling faster than the organisers could have expected: the weekend bundle and Saturday tickets are already sold out, leaving a few tickets left for the second day of the festival.

‘Wow, we are blown away… Saturday and Weekend tickets for We Are FSTVL 2021 are now completely sold out.’ Said the organisers through Facebook, ‘There are only a few Sunday tickets left and these are about to go. Apologies for the issue’s we had this morning, the volume of traffic overwhelmed the ticket system.’

Born in 2013, this event is predominantly a deep house, techno, drum and bass and electro-dance festival. In its very first year, We Are FSTVL won the Best New Festival category of the UK Festival Awards. From there on, it started getting much bigger, bringing international DJs for memorable performances. Along with Reading and Leeds Festival, Latitude or Isle of Wight, We Are FSTVL is amongst the big events that have confirmed their plans to go ahead. These gatherings clearly depend on the success of the vaccination campaign, the infection rate dropping and the absence of new variants.

You can buy the very few tickets left here.

Like many festivals, this year’s event was cancelled due to the ongoing global pandemic. However, a number of the artists initially booked will still headline the 2021 event. In addition, the festival’s line-up also features some new additions, such as Perfume Genius, Arlo Parks, Sorry and Shygirl, who will all take to the festival stage come September.

The festival has been praised by fans and critics alike, with The Independent calling last years event a ‘weekend filled with unexpected thrills,’ and The Guardian stating it was full of ‘potent bacchanalia and mysticism’. With some if the best emerging artists from the UK and beyond set to grace the event, End Of The Road Festival 2021 is set to take the already beloved event to new heights.
