The two megastars gave a live debut to their version of Charli’s song “Guess”, from her feature-heavy remix album, “Brat and It’s Completely Different but Also Still Brat”. The arena was covered in bright “Brat-green” lights and lasers as the duo danced, sung and hyped up the screaming crowd.

Their collaboration on “Guess” has earned them a nomination for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance at the 2025 Grammys. Both artists have claimed seven nominations each for the upcoming awards ceremony.

Charli has had an undeniable presence in pop music this past year – her album Brat and its deluxe and remix editions successfully stood out this year, with their infectious fusions of dance, hyperpop and rave music earning universal acclaim from critics. According to Metacritic, Brat is the highest-rated album of 2024 and the 14^th-highest-rated of all time. It managed to eventually secure the number one spot in the UK after falling second to one of Taylor Swift’s many variants of The Tortured Poet’s Department.

The album and phenomenon of “Brat summer” reached further than just music – politicians started co-opting the lo-fi aesthetic of her artwork’s green background and Arial font, most notably Kamala Harris during her presidential campaign. “Brat” was even named Collin’s Dictionary’s word of the year following its influence in pop culture.

Her minimalist but atmospheric live shows have been hailed by concertgoers and reviewers, celebrated as possibly the “best show of the year”. She’s shunned elaborate set pieces and backing dancers, performing solo in a mist of smoke and strobe lights, capturing the essence of the warehouse raves where she first started performing.

The “360” singer mostly takes on the crowd alone in what the Guardian calls “a glorious, one-woman triumph”, while occasionally joined by some of the stars featured on her remix album such as Yung Lean, Robyn and Caroline Polachek.

Billie has also had a fruitful year, releasing her third studio album Hit Me Hard And Soft to high praise and currently on a world tour that will hold its final shows in the UK next summer. Fans were left upset the other day after a video surfaced of a fan throwing an object at the alt-pop hero during her performance of the Barbie ballad “What Was I Made For?” – the audience gasped in shock as Billie gave a disappointed look, before carrying on her song like a true professional.

Charli has scheduled a 2025 arena tour with dates in both the UK and US and will also be headlining the Parklife festival in Manchester and the LIDO festival in Victoria Park. All her upcoming dates can be viewed on her website here.

With the debut of their maiden album, the eponymous album, on the horizon, Korn is teasing their fans with the prospect of a colossus of a show.

And, yes, it has been 30 years since the appearance of Korn. Their debut, self-titled album, turns 30 in October, and the band teased what looks to be a huge headline show.

The legends from Bakersfield, California, took to social media and posted a video of the band’s iconic record cover with the number 30 emblazoned on it in place of the band name’s usual spot.

Naturally, this doesn’t necessarily mean anything. But the fact that promoters Live Nation and California’s BMO Stadium’s social accounts have also shared the same teaser has really caught the eye. This leaves us with the potential image of Korn playing their debut album in full in front of thousands of adoring fans in Los Angeles.

It is not clear yet whether this would be a one-off show or maybe even a tour, but what we do know is that an announcement is due to be made later today (March 5th)—so we won’t have long to wait.

Korn is a nu-metal band from Bakersfield in California that was formed in 1993. Heralded as pioneers of the ‘nu metal’ genre, the band was among the first to bring the genre to the masses.

Initially formed in 1993 by three members of the band L.A.P.D., Korn’s current line-up features founding members James “Munky” Shaffer (guitar); Reginald “Fieldy” Arvizu (bass); Brian “Head” Welch (guitar, backing vocals); and Jonathan Davis (lead vocals, bagpipes), with the addition of Ray Luzier (drums) in 2007, replacing the band’s first drummer David Silveria. As of 2021, Korn had sold more than 40 million records worldwide, and 12 of the band’s official releases have peaked in the top ten of the Billboard 200, eight of which have peaked in the top five. Seven official releases are certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA); two are double platinum; one is triple platinum; one is certified five times platinum; and two are certified gold.

The band also has an incredible 14 studio albums, seven video albums, and 5o music videos. And the fact that it has been 30 years since their debut is a testament to their longevity.

Korn will be back in the UK this summer for several shows, including their biggest-ever headline date on this side of the pond.

Hailed as the founders of goth rock, Christian Death are Los Angeles trio Maitri, Valor Kand and Ryan Paolilli.  The provocative band have earned themselves a reputation as fiercely confrontational towards organized religion and conventional morality over the years, from the time of their debut album Only Theatre of Pain in 1982.

This will not be the band’s first stint in the UK.  In the mid-Eighties, Christian Death moved to London, where they went on to record some of their most confrontational work, rife with the shock value that they have come to be known for.  There, they also put out single “Church of No Return”, a track that reached No. 12 on the UK Independant Chart and attracted mainstream attention for the band from the likes of MTV, VH1, Super Channel, the BBC and a host of other European broadcasting shows.  Meanwhile, during the same period in the USA, album releases like Sex and Drugs and Jesus Christ, whose album art included a polarizing image of Jesus Christ shooting heroin, incited burnings of the band’s material by Christian groups.

The controversy that has marked their careers has by no means slowed the band down.  2022 marked the release of Christian Death’s 17th studio album, Evil Becomes Rule, on which they hone their signature mix of gothic rock and post-punk.  Previous festival appearances for the band have included Hellfest Open Air and Cloak and Dagger Festival.

‘The One Last Haim‘ Summer 2022 tour kicks off in Dublin on the 28th of June and ends in London on the 21st of July. Both Manchester’s show’s in July are now sold out.

The band planned to tour their third studio album: ‘Women in Music Pt. III.’, during September of this year, but CDC travel stipulations will mean that they will inevitably have to wait till next year.

Despite these regulations, the band stated in an interview with NME that they would be ramping it up for their fans attending the summer shows to compensate for this year’s cancellation.

Special guest Georgia will also be performing at their UK and Dublin Tour.

As well as the international star performances, the line-up from homegrown stars will include  Sia, Tame Impala, Lime Cordiale, Sampa The Great, Amy Shark and Archie Roach, who will be given the ‘ARIA Hall of Fame’ award on the evening.

In 2019, Billie had the highest selling album with, ‘When We Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?’ which earnt her a double platinum selling status in the ARIA chart, along with seven singles in the Top 5 of the charts. According to ARIA, her streams top 1.27 billion in Australia.

Speaking to Radio 1 about the follow up to her record breaking 2019 album, The List noted Billie to of said, “It’s my favourite piece of art work ever. It’s been very pleasant and satisfying and I’m so excited for people to hear this album.”  Her latest music was recorded in lockdown with her brother Finneas, which allegedly she has her mother to thank, for encouraging their creativity.

The List reported Billie to of said, “A month into quarantine we were completely uninspired. My mum was like, ‘What if you guys made a schedule? Just like three days a week, making sure you have time put aside so you can work’. And we did it, and on the first day we wrote ‘my future’. The first day. We made more than we’ve ever made in one period.”

Having won four Grammy’s, three BRIT Awards, an Oscar and a Golden Globe award, Sam Smith has also become a huge star in Australia. His album ‘In The Lonely Hour’ hit Number 1 in the ARIA charts in 2015 and collectively, his albums have peaked in the Top 3 of the charts. MSN.com have reported him to of said, “Australia has always held such a special place in my heart, and I am so honoured to be a part of this year’s ARIA Awards.”

Sam recently released his third album ‘Love Goes’ based on his recent breakdown in his relationship, which due to the pandemic was released six months later than originally planned. He said to NME, “I am sorry it’s taken a while,  but these unprecedented times gave me the room and space to fall in love with these songs all over again… After it all, I still believe love is the answer. And with love in our hearts and kindness in our words and actions, we sing on.”

The ARIA awards will take place at The Star Event Centre in Sydney for it’s 34th edition on 25th November. Due to an ongoing partnership, YouTube will be streaming the performances and Nine Network will be broadcasting the show on their free network across Australia.

Baylee Curran said that she was at the US singer’s home for a music video ‘go-see’ or audition, and she was chased out of the house and had to hide under a nearby car with a friend, after Brown had pointed a gun in her face.

A search warrant was obtained by the police on Tuesday and law enforcement officials spent a lengthy 11 hour ‘stand-off’ with Brown. During which, Brown posted a series of videos on Instagram ranting about police harassment. According to TMZ Brown threw a duffel bag out of a window, taunting the police, saying “come and get me”. There have been claims that the duffel bag had drugs inside.

Brown later posted messages on social media on Tuesday morning declaring his innocence and denying reports that he barricaded himself in his ‘‘palace.’’

‘‘Y’all gonna stop playing with me like I’m the villain out here, like I’m going crazy,’’ he said in one Instagram video, waving a cigarette and looking at the camera. ‘‘When you get the warrant or whatever you need to do, you’re going to walk right up in here and you’re going to see nothing. You idiots.’’ Those videos have now been deleted.

LAPD Robbery-Homicide Division detectives entered Brown’s property with a warrant 10 hours later at around 1pm and he emerged at around 2.43pm for a very brief amount of time. Brown was then arrested, near 5pm among the view of several news helicopters that swirled overhead and dozens of camera crews that gathered at the bottom of Brown’s LA hilltop estate.

Mark Geragos, Brown’s attorney, arrived at the house before police carried out the search. There’s claims that this was to get Brown to cooperate. “He’s trying to help talk some sense into [Chris],” a law enforcement source told E! News.

Chris Brown was released from jail later on Tuesday, after posting a $250,000 bail even though a felony assault with a deadly weapon conviction is meant to carry a sentence of four years in county jail, along with a $10,000 fine.

Brown’s accuser, Baylee Curran claims to be the 2016 Miss California Regional title holder, but CNN confirmed that she was stripped of her title in July.

This is also not the first time Brown has been in trouble with the police. Back in 2009, he was convicted of assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna, which led to six years of probation. Also, in 2013, he hit a man outside a hotel in Washington DC and was charged with misdemeanor assault. Brown was ordered to go to a rehabilitation centre as a result, but was then kicked out of the facility for breaking its rules. After completing a series of anger management classes, Brown was also later accused of throwing a brick at his mother’s car.
