The festival will begin with a one-day event in London on June 13, 2025, at Victoria Park, marking the first time Outbreak has come to the capital. Following this, the traditional two-day festival will take place at the Bowlers Exhibition Centre in Manchester on June 14-15, 2025​. The lineups for London and Manchester will slightly differ, reflecting a diverse mix of hardcore, punk, and alternative artists​. Aside from the main headliners, names like Danny Brown, Speed, and Fleshwater are also a part of the initial line-up released.

Knocked Loose is a hardcore band from Oldham County, Kentucky, known for their raw, aggressive sound and emotionally charged lyrics. Their music blends ferocious riffs, breakdowns, and intense vocal delivery. The band has built a reputation for high-energy live performances and is a regular at major festivals like Coachella. Their song ‘Suffocate’ featuring Poppy, has earned a Grammy nomination for Best Metal Performance. This is their first Grammy nomination and reflects the band’s growing influence in the hardcore and metal scenes.
The Pennsylvania-born alternative star Alex G blends genres like indie rock, folk, and experimental pop. Critics have compared him to Elliott Smith for his emotionally charged songwriting and to lo-fi pioneers for his home-recording ethos. Alex G’s song ‘Immunity‘, from his 2022 album ‘God Save the Animals‘, explores complex themes of addiction, personal struggles, and the intertwined dynamics of love. The New York-based band Momma, which often supports Alex G on tour, will also perform at The Outbreak Festival 2025.Tickets for both locations will go on sale starting November 29, 2024, with pre-sale options available for early sign-ups​. Knocked Loose have created a reputation for being fierce performers, they have recently completed two sold-out tours in the US, performing their newest album, You Won’t Go Before You’re Supposed To, which released May of this year.

Alongside this reputable tour, the hardcore punk band have also recently supported legendary heavy metal band, Slipknot on their recent tour which celebrated the 25^th anniversary of their 1999 debut album, Here Comes The Pain.

As their shows get bigger and better, Knocked Loose, with the help of their recent release, have cemented their artistry to prove their vital presence in the hardcore punk scene.

This forthcoming tour will see Knocked Loose be supported by English rock band Basement, known for their tracks ‘Disconnect’ and ‘Be Here Now’. Along with Chicago hardcore punk band Harm’s Way, known for ‘Become a Machine’ and ‘Silent Wolf’ and lastly, Leeds hardcore punk band Pest Control, known for their tracks ‘Enjoy the Show’ and ‘Masquerade Party’.

Comprised of vocalist Bryan Garris, guitarists Isaac Hale and Nicko Calderon, bassist Kevin Otten and drummer Kevin ‘Pacsun’ Kaine, Knocked Loose emerged into the industry in 2014, with the release of their debut EP Pop Culture. Later going on to release their debut album in 2016 titled Laugh Tracks which features ‘Counting Worms’ followed by their sophomore album, A Different Shade Of Blue, which was released in 2019.

With over a decade of perfecting their songwriting, instrumentation and musicality, Knocked Loose are renowned for their experimentation and creation of heavy and challenging sonics.

This upcoming tour for Spring 2025 is long-awaited and an exciting moment for fans of Knocked Loose. Pre-sale will commence October 23 at 10am local time, or alternatively general sale will begin on October 25 10am local time.

The tour will take place across February and March 2024, and the band have revealed they will be bringing special guests with them on the road, however the names of these acts are yet to be announced. Tickets to see the Kentucky group perform live next year are on sale now.

Back in June, the five-piece released two singles from their double-single EP Upon Loss, produced by Drew Fulk (also known as WZRD BLD). Upon Loss marks the band’s first new release since their 2021 EP, A Tear In The Fabric Of Life. You can listen to the singles “Deep In The Willow” and “Everything Is Quiet Now” below.

Knocked Loose frontman Bryan Garris caught up with NME earlier this year at Reading and Leeds Festival, where the singer shared his thoughts and feelings about his band going viral at California’s famous annual festival Coachella. Garris said: “It was awesome, we didn’t know what to expect going into that. We were very excited for it but definitely had the feeling that it could have not gone well. But we were just excited to be there and excited to say that we did it.

“Then on top of that, it went so well and it’s been an exciting thing for us — we’ll still be riding off that excitement for the rest of the year. We’re very very fortunate that we were able to be a part of that.”

The 30-year-old also hinted that there may be some new music coming our way, as he teased: “I can’t give too much away, but we are working, we are working very hard — That’s all I can say. Whatever comes next will be heavy.”
