DIY alt-pop rock band King No-One announced yesterday that they will be heading out on yet another tour in 2021. Fans are really excited to see them live after the events of Covid-19 which prevented it – and the band are known for playing live as much as possible.

Last week, King No-One reminisced on past shows online, asking fans to comment with their favourite gig by the band. Then, they revealed that there would be an announcement, and finally let their 15,000 followers know the news with the message, “We’re coming back. 13 dates across the UK.”

The dates are all over the UK, kicking off in Brighton at the famous Komedia and travelling to Glasgow, London, and Manchester.

This exciting news follows a single release from the band in June, of incredible indie song ‘Roll The Dice’, which was received well by fans. Reminiscent of Arctic Monkeys’ ‘AM’, the music video has gained nearly 4,000 views. Prior to this, the band’s first single of the year ‘Not Willing To Sacrifice My Life’ was released in January and has 16,000 views.

King No-One were formed in York in 2013, with members Zach Lount (vocals), Joe Martin (guitar), and James Basile (drums). They began their career busking around the UK, and grew very popular in the live scene, selling out large venues in numerous cities. They have performed at Reading and Leeds, TRNSMT, and Tramlines festivals, releasing debut EP ‘OOMM’ in 2019 which went to number 2 on the Indie Breakers Chart.
