The seven-date tour will see the New York rockers perform four-dates in the UK, this November, before heading on Europe. The band will be hitting the road in support of their upcoming album &#8216;Father Of The Bride&#8217;, which will released on the 3rd of May 2019, via Columbia Records.</p>

<p>The band, kick off the UK leg of their seven date tour, in Edinburgh, at Usher Hall, on the 7th of November. They are set to hit Manchester, Birmingham, before concluding the UK leg of the tour, in London, at Alexandra Palace, on the 13th of November 2019, which will be their biggest UK show on the tour.</p>

<p>After concluding the UK leg of their tour, in London, they are scheduled to kick off the European leg of their tour, in Paris, on the 16th of November, before hitting Brussels. The band are scheduled to conclude the seven-date tour with a show, in Amsterdam, on the 19th of November 2019. Tickets to see the legends, of 21st-century indie, this November go on general sale, on Friday the 22nd of March 2019, at 10am. But fans who pre-order the forthcoming album, &#8216;Father Of The Bride&#8217;, before 3pm, on the 19th of March 2019, can get on the pre-sale, on Wednesday the 20th of March 2019, at 10am.</p>

<p>The tour announcement comes after Vampire Weekend confirmed that they will be returning to London this March for a series of shows. The band are scheduled to play shows, in London, at EartH, on the 21st of March, and Islington Assembly Hall, on the 22nd and 23rd of March 2019.</p>
<p>The news comes at a busy time for the band, who teased their 18-track album, with the release the video for their track, &#8216;Sunflower&#8217;. The video stars Vampire Weekend&#8217;s Ezra Koenig and Steve Lacy, who also features on the song, the video also has cameos from Jerry Seinfeld and Fab 5 Freddy, and already has hundreds of views.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">In January, the band <a href="https://www.nme.com/news/music/vampire-weekend-return-harmony-hall-2021-launch-new-album-father-bride-2437771">shared the first two tracks</a> from their first album, ‘Father Of The Bride’, in six years. At the time, they promised to a release singles regularly, in the lead up to the release of the album. The band revealed they had planned to share their songs before the end of February, but decided not to after having been, “convinced by intelligent people to wait a week to get some ducks in a row.”</span></p>
