Don Broco have announced a new UK and European tour for this year, in support of their new album ‘Nightmare Tripping’. Similarly to the release of the album, tickets for the European and UK tour will be released on March 27th. Fans are able to access presale tickets for the tour if they pre-order the album before March 24th. Don Broco began promotions for ‘Nightmare Tripping’ in July 2025 with the single ‘Cellophane’. ‘Hype Man’, ‘Disappear’ followed in September before the release of ‘Euphoria’ in November. ‘Nightmare Tripping’ and its promotions follows something of a hiatus for the band who released their last album over five years ago. The band took a brief break before a collaboration with Nickelback for the title single ‘Nightmare Tripping’ in February 2026.

The alternative rock band are planning eighteen shows in Europe and the UK between June and October of this year. This will mark the band’s sixth headlining tour. The tour will begin in Belgium on June 4th as they embark on the European leg, going on to visit Germany, The Netherlands, The Czech Republic, Slovenia, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Switzerland and France. There will then be a short break in the tour due to scheduled performances at Rock For People festival in the Czech Republic in June and alongside Biffy Clyro at Finsbury Park in July. Don Broco will continue the tour in the UK in September starting in Lincoln, before finishing in Bristol in October. Dates for the UK leg include visits to Sheffield, Edinburgh, Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Birmingham and Norwich. Fans have been somewhat confused and aggrieved as currently there are no plans for Don Broco to perform their new album in London. Elsewhere, German fans are equally excited as on the promotional poster for the tour, the date in Cologne on June 24th has been singled out as a day to remember.

The Bedford born band were formed in 2008 by schoolmates Rob Damiani (lead vocals), Simon Delaney (guitar), Tom Doyle (bass and programming), and Matt Donnelly (drums, lead and backing vocals). The rock band released their debut album ‘Priorities’ in August 2012 under Sony. Their sophomore album ‘Automatic’ under Epic in August 2015. After switching labels once again, Don Broco released ‘Technology’ under SharpTone in February 2018. These albums peaked at number five and six on the UK Albums chart. After achieving their first number album with ‘Amazing Things’ in October 2021 and the group will be hoping to reach the same heights with ‘Nightmare Tripping’. Tickets for their upcoming tour and other performances can be found here.

Last week, electronic artist Illenium teamed up with Bring Me The Horizon for futuristic dubstep banger ‘Slave To The Rithm’, and yesterday US hardcore superstars Knocked Loose dropped their ferocious single ‘Hive Mind’ featuring rapper Denzel Curry. Today it’s the turn of Bedford alt-rock outfit Don Broco, who released ‘Nightmare Tripping’ this evening, guest-starring Canada’s divisive dad-rock legends Nickelback.

Don Broco have played a diverse amalgamation of genres since their formation in 2008, starting with a basis of rock with huge pop choruses, and injecting it with metal, hardcore punk, and even a little disco. Fourth studio album 2021’s ‘Amazing Things’ brought epic ballad ‘One True Prince’ alongside heavier playful singles like ‘Manchester Super Reds No. 1 Fan’ and live show party-starter ‘Bruce Willis’. When they started releasing new music last year for their yet-unannounced fifth album, they had evolved their sound into a heavily polished take on early 2000’s nu metal à la Limp Bizkit, with tracks ‘Cellophane’ and ‘Hype Man’ adopting rap cadences for their verses and crushing down-tuned guitar sections.

Nickelback meanwhile have split opinion since first single ‘How You Remind Me’ took international music charts by storm in 2002, remaining hugely popular in spite of naysayers labeling them as annoying and overplayed. Through the last 20 years, singles like ‘Hero’, ‘Photograph’, and ‘Rockstar’ dominated mainstream and rock media coverage, turning the band into arena-rock goliaths. Beneath the surface of their accessible singles lies a back catalogue of heavier tracks however, with Nickelback being incredibly adept at writing anthemic hard rock jams that never made it to radio.

Neither band has revealed how the crossover came about, but Don Broco have been teasing a trail of breadcrumbs about its existence for the last few days. An initial post on Instagram showing their members with Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger got fans imaginations going, before they revealed the single’s name on Tuesday. Yesterday they announced a premiere of ‘Nightmare Tripping’ for this evening, the 12th of February. In the post they listed the times for both band’s home nations – for Don Broco “BEDFORD 7:00 PM (GMT)” and for Nickelback “VANCOUVER 11:00 AM (PST)”.

Lead singer Rob Damiani went live on Instagram shortly before 7 to answer fan questions and detail some facts about the recording process of the track before its first playing. ‘Nightmare Tripping’ opens as a wall of sound, with crunchy metal riffs and thundering drums. Across the entire track are at least 4 sets of vocals, from Don Broco frontman Rob Damiani and drummer Matt Donnelly, as well as Nickelback’s Chad Kroeger and Ryan Peake. Hearing Kroeger’s distinctive voice on such an unusual track is a bizarre pleasure, but every element from the rumbling breakdown, to the electronic bass interludes and especially the softer section in the middle of the song add up to something exceptional.

During the live video, Damiani said there will be news on the album and its tracklist tomorrow, as well as announcements on live tours coming soon. Since completing their UK arena tour last Autumn, the only British date on their calendar is one at London’s Finsbury Park, supporting Scottish rock titans Biffy Clyro on the 3rd of July. Tickets are available here, with ‘Nightmare Tripping’ available now on Youtube and other streaming platforms.

Don Broco’s latest album, 2022’s Amazing Things, landed the band their first ever UK number one after facing delays due to the Covid pandemic. The distinction boosted the group’s stature within the rock scene, seeing them make the step up to headlining shows in arenas. And the band have since been capitalising on the album’s success, releasing the single “Fingernails” in April of 2022 and bringing their riveting live show to North America, Europe and Australia.
Formed in Bedford in 2008, Don Broco can trace its origins to when the members were in secondary school, playing sporadic gigs before officially forming as a band while the members were at Nottingham University. Unlike many of their contemporaries, Don Broco began by touring extensively between 2008-2010, appearing at various festivals and supporting Enter Shikari during their Christmas party shows.

After releasing the successful EP, Big Fat Smile in 2011, the band underwent a few lineup changes before signing with Search And Destroy Records where they recorded and released their debut album, Priorities. Their first headlining tour of the UK soon followed and Don Broco have been maintaining their high standards ever since, releasing three more albums to date to critical acclaim and becoming one of the rock scene’s most sought after acts.

UK chart-toppers Don Broco have released their brand new single ‘Fingernails’ via Sharptone Records. The explosive new track takes aim at the violent nature of the world with immense riffs alongside punchy beatdowns and a huge anthemic chorus. It’s accompanied by this epic animated sci-fi / dinosaur / disaster-movie style video that depcits soldiers firing their weapons and seems at times to referencing films like Jurassic Park, you can view the full video below.

Alongside the release of ‘Fingernails’, Don Broco have also announced a huge arena tour for March 2023 with support coming from Papa Roach and Dance Gavin Dance.
Regarding the tour Don Broco frontman Rob Damiani said that the band were “Beyond pumped to announce the Amazing Things arena tour featuring a line up only the sweetest dreams are made of. There’s no two ways about it, we wouldn’t be the band we are today if it wasn’t for the legends that are Papa Roach so as you can imagine we’re super excited to have the guys out with us as well as our ridiculously talented friends Dance Gavin Dance. See you next year!”. The full poster for the tour can be seen below.

After a few years on hiatus, obviously, due to the COVID-19 pandemic sweeping the entire music industry and planet, the Teenage Cancer Trust has finally managed to take their 20th anniversary live shows to the Royal Albert Hall. While it isn’t being officially being labelled as an anniversary show, the 7-day event (beginning Monday 21st March and finishing that Sunday, March 27th) will be feature headliners that cover a pretty wide variety of fan bases. If you’re after a hit-filled evening of downright pop then Ed Sheeran on the 27th might be for you, Bedford based rock band Don Broco seem to occupy the exact opposite energy and coincidentally bookend the even by performing on opening night. See here for ticket information.

Another polarizing set of circumstances set to grace the week would be that of the ever-expanding scope of Yungblud, and his vow to make, “the most mental show the Albert Hall has seen in 150 years”. This promise seems to exude a polar objective to The Who, and their first live show in the UK since 2019 (other than their incredibly intimate stint of shows at PRYZM in Kingston), performing an acoustic set. The Who frontman Roger Daltrey, who actually helped to set up the Teenage Cancer Trust live series back in 2000, said in a statement, “Live music has been hit hard by the pandemic and it has been particularly frustrating for me that we haven’t been able to get artists on stage to raise money for this vitally important cause,” adding, “But we haven’t given up. My wonderful team and I have pulled out all the stops to make this 20th series of shows for Teenage Cancer Trust the best ever. I am so grateful for the loyalty and continued support given to us by the music and comedy industries.”

Hot on the heels of claiming the NME award for Moment of the Year, Liam Gallagher is also set to make yet another charitable appearance. Say what you will about Gallagher and his never-ending opinions on an Oasis reunion (that will never happen), but the man’s heart is in the right place. Camden’s own Ska giants Madness rounds out the music for the week with what we can only expect will be a hit-packed set spreading across their 5+ decade career.

A quick reminder that the event is for charity, so any ticket costs will go straight to the Teenage Cancer Trust. But if you want to donate to the cause outside of buying tickets, you can go here for more information.

After a long line of remarkable tracks, starting with instant classic “Manchester Super Reds No.1 Fan”, they have been keeping fans fed while they wait for the delayed album. Delay was announced in a press release, as COVID pushed the release back to October. At the time they said “We want everyone to be able to experience Amazing Things all at the same time and are gutted we have to wait a little longer, but promise it’s going to be worth it. Thank you so much to everyone who’s pre-ordered the album so far.”. Now Amazing Things is with us; it was worth the wait.

2018’s album Technology took Don Broco further than anyone could ever have suspected, showing how far they have come since the popular single “Hold On”. Touring the world hitting biggest festivals: Reading & Leeds, Slam Dunk and even playing Wembley arena.

Amazing Things let Don Broco run free as their talent for genre-blending and production takes on new heights as their anthemic tunes climb the charts. Songs like “Bruce Willis”, “Swimwear Season”, and “Revenge Body” name themselves as crowd-pleasing concert-ready bangers. With singles “Gumsheild”, “One True Prince”, “Uber”, and “Endorphins” cement themselves in Don Broco’s most popular songs.

Don Broco have shared a fiery and anthemic new track called “Endorphins”. This is the latest taste of the Bedford based rock band’s fourth studio album, Amazing Things, which has so far been previewed by the tracks “Gumshield”, “Manchester Super Reds No.1 Fan”, “One True Prince” and “Uber”.

The album Amazing Things is set to be released next week (October 22), after it was rescheduled last month due to COVID-related vinyl delays.

In a statement at the time, Don Broco said of the album: “Hey guys, we’ve got some important news to share with you regarding the upcoming release of our album Amazing Things. We’ve been told this week that due to Covid related vinyl delays, we have no choice but to delay the release date to 22 October.

“We want everyone to be able to experience Amazing Things all at the same time and are gutted we have to wait a little longer, but promise it’s going to be worth it. Thank you so much to everyone who’s pre-ordered the album so far.”

You can listen to “Endorphins” below:

You may get to hear a few of their new tracks live very soon which is sure to excite fans. Don Broco are also gearing up to head out on their headline UK tour later this month, kicking off at Glasgow’s Barrowlands on October 25.

The band’s tour will then include stops in Manchester, Portsmouth, Nottingham, Newcastle, Norwich, before ending with a pair of shows at London’s O2 Academy Brixton on November 5 and 6.

Tickets actually first went on sale back in May but if there are any still available they can be purchased online from the band’s official website. You can see the full list of tour dates below:

Don Broco has been going strong ever since their 2018 album Technology. Bedford’s own, have come a long way from a popular single “Hold On”. From playing Wembley to headlining Slam Dunk, the band has been taking the world by storm. Now with their new album Amazing Things coming weeks from release. Now with their fourth single “Uber” hot on everyone’s lips. The band is using its platform to send a message.

Off the heels of their last single, “One True Prince”, the song details the band’s experience with people being “openly racist in front of us, I guess assuming as white guys we’d share”. It is a powerful credit to the band’s musical talent. “Uber” shares the band’s message of anti-hate during this troubled time. Despite being written a few years ago, the song feels so powerful against the backdrop of the state of current affairs.

“Uber is about being angry about that, being angry that racists seem to be growing in confidence to speak their hate in public and it’s a reminder to me to call out that discrimination whenever I see it.” The band said when discussing the new song.

Their new album is set to release on September 17th. You can catch the band on tour Amazing Things this Autumn. This is a long-awaited return to the stage for the band. They will be joined by Noisy and Kid Brunswick. These are set t0 be some incredible shows, and with a handful of sold-out shows, you should get your tickets sooner rather than later.

The independent American label SharpTone Records revealed an exciting list of artists expected to share new music in 2021, with four UK bands on their roster named for upcoming releases – Don Broco, Loathe, Holding Absence, and Captives. Established in California in 2013 by Markus Steiger from Nuclear Blast and Shawn Keith from Sumerian Records, the label was built on their extensive experience and shared passion for rock and metal, and has seen significant rise in popularity in recent years.

The announcement came out yesterday with the ambiguous caption “Coming in 2021” and no further details whether it concerns full studio albums or standalone singles. The list included the four UK acts with highly anticipated new releases, alongside American heavyweights Miss May I, Bleeding Through and We Came As Romans, Japanese metalcore flagmen Crystal Lake, and Aussie punk outfit Stepson. Four extra slots seem to be reserved as “To Be Announced” so we can expect more news coming soon.

From all British bands on the list, rising Welsh post-hardcore outfit Holding Absence are the only one with confirmed date for their upcoming album. Back in October 2020, the quartet released ‘Beyond Belief‘, announcing their second record The Greatest Mistake Of My Life for 16 April 2021, a quick follow-up to their 2019 critically acclaimed self-titled debut. Earlier last year the band dropped their first new single ‘Gravity‘ which was recently named on Loudwire’s ‘Best Rock Songs of 2020‘ list, calling them “one of the U.K.’s most exciting new bands“. Holding Absence were also one of the symbolic virtual headliners of the 2020 Heavy Music Awards.

As one of the most popular and commercially successful acts on SharpTone’s roster, Don Broco are also expected to drop a new album this year. Known for releasing new records every 3 year following their debut Priorities in 2012 and its follow-ups Automatic in 2015 and Technology in 2018, 2021 is set to be the Bedford outfit’s year once again. So far there have been two standalone singles from 2019 – ‘Half Man Half God‘ and ‘Action‘ but no new music from 2020. However, the last few months have seen the rock quartet frequently posting studio pics and videos alongside Grammy-awarded producer Jason Perry.

Leeds alternative metal outfit Captives are the latest act to join SharpTone Records just a month ago, saying they were “humbled to be in the company of such talented and progressive artists” and “very excited to be working together moving forward and creating something special“. In December 2020, Captives shared their new single ‘Glass Heart‘ following the footsteps of their energetic early 2020 release ‘Falling Apart‘. The band is currently in studio getting ready to share their debut album, a highly awaited successor to their promising self-released EP Ghost Like You from 2019.

SharpTone’s announcement also included the Liverpool metal favourites Loathe, but at this stage it is uncertain if there are new singles and videos to be released or a whole album in preparation for 2021, the latter being somewhat unlikely. Less than a year ago, the band premiered their second record I Let It In And It Took Everything as one of the definite highlights of 2020 and an ambitious step forward. Widely praised and admired the album received very positive reviews, with Kerrang! naming Loathe a “genuinely impressive creative force who can do heavy in as many ways as it can present itself to them” and Louder predicting “the ambitious quintet’s rise to the pinnacle of the British heavy underground music scene“.

Further updates are expected on all of the bands mentioned but 2021 is already shaping to be an exciting year for rock and metal music, with SharpTone Records planning to take central place on the scene.

The Teenage Cancer Trust was established back in 1990 to support and improve the lives of all young people suffering from cancer. Alongside all admirable projects and initiatives, the charity is also famous for working closely with music artists and events and as stated in their official website “not only is music a massive part of teenagers’ lives, it’s at the heart of Teenage Cancer Trust“. The charity has launched the Unseen YouTube channel streaming exclusive performances by the likes of Ed Sheeran, Muse, Rudimental, Pulp, and many more.

Moreover, the Teenage Cancer Trust also hosts annual concerts at the iconic Royal Albert Hall as the “pinnacle of [a] long-established music heritage“. Organised and championed by the charity’s patron Robert Daltrey CBE, founder and singer for the legendary The Who, previous events have seen memorable concerts by Paul McCartney, Oasis, Kasabian, The Cure, and many more. Back in 2016, Bring Me The Horizon also participated and delivered a spectacular show in support of the charity, and the official recording has just been added to all streaming platforms yesterday.
