The single has been written and recorded with Dave Okumu from the band The Invisible and drummer Tony Allen, shortly before he sadly passed away in April last year.

“Geometry of You” comes with an animated video directed by award-winning Devin Flynn (MTV, Adult Swim, FLying Lotus). His animations are well known and exhibited all over the world. Shown regularly on MTV’s ‘Wondershowzen’ and web series ‘Y’all So Stupid’ on Adultswim.

Wasser said about the single: “‘Geometry Of You’ is a song about the intersection of math and sensuality. It’s what Tony Allen did every time he sat down to play. It’s about the quantum aspects of life- there is no one way of doing anything- paradox is everywhere. Finding the flexibility in life is the way I most connect with joy.”

In July the singer shared the first single from the forthcoming album, “Take Me To Yor Leader”. She commented on the song that it “is the most incendiary on the new record. I wrote it watching Jacinda Ardern, PM of New Zealand, navigate 2020. In my dream world, the US asks to meet her in order to learn how to better run the country.”

Joan As Police Woman new album Solution is Restless is out on 5th November and you can pre-order it here.
