Tame Impala have confirmed a huge new run of European dates for 2027 where indie band, Wet Leg, has been announced as support for the European leg. There will also be a special one off performance at Manchester’s Co-op Live on May 28th.
Kevin Parker and his band are currently in the middle of a successful run touring their fifth studio album ‘Deadbeat’, which was released via Columbia Records in October 2025. The record has produced some of the big moments for Parker’s career, with lead single ‘Dracula’ reaching number one at Alternative radio before being reworked alongside pop star JENNIE. The single ‘End Of Summer’ also earned Parker a Grammy Award for Best Dance or Electronic Recording, while another track on the album, ‘Loser’, has featured in the latest Spider-Man film.
The Manchester show will surround the performance area rather than face a single stage, a format that marks the Co-op Live date as something different and exciting compared to a standard arena stop. It is being publicised as a special one-off show and will open a wider run of European dates that follows through until the summer next year.
Wet Leg will support Tame Impala across all of the newly announced headline shows throughout the UK and Europe. The Isle of Wight duo, made up of Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers, broke through internationally with their breakout single ‘Chaise Longue’ and have continued to build a strong live reputation since, having recently played Manchester’s own Sounds of the City festival at Castlefield Bowl. Their inclusion on the show adds another draw in to a 2027 tour that is already stacked with major arena stops!
After Manchester, the tour continues to London for two nights at The O2 on June 1st and 2nd, before moving on to Rotterdam, Paris and Cologne. The run also includes major festival appearances, with Tame Impala set to play Open’er Festival in Poland, Rock Werchter in Belgium and NOS Alive in Portugal.
