The tour kicks off on October 17th at Oslo Spektrum in Norway. From there, Dylan and his band will spend October and November working their way across the continent, with stops in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Italy, Slovenia and Austria, before the European leg wraps up in late November.

Dylan will then bring the tour to the UK, opening on November 25th at the BIC Windsor Hall in Bournemouth. From there he heads to Birmingham’s bp pulse LIVE on November 26th, followed by Sheffield’s Utilita Arena on November 27th. Two nights follow at Blackpool’s Opera House on November 30th and December 1st.

The tour then closes with five consecutive shows at London’s Royal Festival Hall, running from December 3rd to December 8th. It will be Dylan’s first time playing London since his run of shows at the Royal Albert Hall back in 2024.

As with his recent tours, phones and cameras will not be allowed inside the venues. The shows are being run in partnership with Yondr, whose pouches lock phones away for the duration of each concert. This makes securing tickets for the iconic rock artist’s performances all the more exciting and anticipated..

The announcement comes as Dylan continues to tour North America, a run that includes a show at Forest Hills Stadium in New York on July 18th and wraps up in Nashville on August 1st. Dylan’s live sets recently have leaned on old favourites, among them ‘It Ain’t Me Babe’, ‘When I Paint My Masterpiece’ and ‘I Shall Be Released’, the latter revived after not being played live for 18 years.

Now 85, Dylan shows little sign of slowing down with his most recent official release in 2025’s “Bootleg Series Vol. 18: Through the Open Window, 1956–1963″, a collection exploring his formative years as a songwriter.

The weekend was built around more than just music, the live shows explored the Infinite Dreams Museum, a walk-through display of props and memorabilia spanning the band’s history, as well as a themed area called Maidenville complete with a funfair, bars, and a merchandise emporium.

Saturday’s main stage lineup featured The Almighty and Airbourne opening with pub rock energy, followed by Mongolian folk metal band The Hu, who reportedly impressed the crowd. The Darkness played next, before Iron Maiden took the stage just after 8pm, spotlighting the main event.

Bruce Dickinson opened the set by joking with the crowd about England’s World Cup quarter final against Norway, which was taking place at the same time. The band leaned heavily into their earlier catalogue, opening with a run of songs from the Paul Di’Anno era including ‘Murders in the Rue Morgue’, before moving into ‘Number of the Beast’.

One of the night’s standout moments came when the band brought back ‘Infinite Dreams’ from ‘Seventh Son of a Seventh Son’ album, a song Dickinson noted hadn’t been played in 38 years. According to a review from MOJO, the track replaced ‘The Clairvoyant’, which had been part of the setlist during last year’s London Stadium show. The final setlist included ‘Phantom of the Opera’, ‘Seventh Son of a Seventh Son’, ‘Fear of the Dark’, ‘The Trooper’, and ‘Wasted Years’.

The show doubled as a filming session for an upcoming concert movie, following a technical setback the band faced weeks earlier back in Paris. Iron Maiden had originally planned to film a performance in Paris in June, but a power cut roughly fifty minutes into the set brought the show to a halt before it eventually resumed.

Friday night had its own celebration on the festival’s second stage, with former Iron Maiden singer Blaze Bayley headlining a set drawn from his years fronting the band in the 1990s, backed by Steve Harris’s first band, Gypsy’s Kiss.

With Eddfest set to perform as Iron Maiden’s only UK show until at least 2028, the festival gave fans a rare chance to mark half a century of the band’s history in the place where so much of British rock history has been made!

The former Beatles drummer received the honor just before his annual “Peace & Love” birthday celebration at Beverly Gardens Park in Beverly Hills, California. A delegation from the university traveled all the way from Liverpool to Los Angeles to present him with the award in a private ceremony, ahead of the public party that followed.

The degree was conferred by University of Liverpool Chancellor Wendy Beetlestone, who named it an Honorary Doctor of Music. Beetlestone said it was a privilege to recognise Starr, whose work with the Beatles has helped shape Liverpool’s identity and reputation around the world. The university’s vice-chancellor, Tim Jones, echoed this and noted the degree reflects genuine respect for what Starr has contributed to music and to his hometown’s culture.

Starr, born Richard Starkey in Liverpool, was visibly moved by the gesture. He thanked the university for making the trip and admitted he’d been reflecting on his life and career lately, making the moment even more special and emotional. He recalled that his family wasn’t fully supportive when he decided to pursue drumming full-time, but he took the leap anyway. He closed his remarks with a message for that year’s Liverpool graduates that stated, “don’t be afraid to follow your dreams, because you never know where an unexpected turn might lead”.

His birthday bash carried on the tradition he’s kept since 2008, complete with his signature “peace and love” chant. Guests included wife Barbara Bach, guitarist T-Bone Burnett, drummer Jim Keltner, and actor Ed Begley Jr., along with performances from some of Starr’s favourite artists.

The honorary degree adds to an already remarkable list of accolades for Starr, who was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and knighted in 2018. He’s also staying busy musically after the recent release of his country album, ‘Long Long Road’, and his collaboration with former bandmate Paul McCartney on a duet titled ‘Home to Us’ which appears on McCartney’s latest album, ‘The Boys Of Dungeon Lane’.

Starr and his All-Starr band concluded their tour around the U.S last month, and for now he has shown all fans across the world that achievements and surprises can come at any time, which sparks hope in seeing more live performances and appearances from the iconic drummer.

The song leans into moodier territory than some of the band’s earlier work such as ‘Canada’ and ‘She’s Not Around’. There’s a slow build in the verses, plenty of space in the mix, and a chorus that hits harder the more you listen to it. It’s the kind of track that rewards a second and third play rather than giving everything away on the first listen, particularly because of the small teasers that the band has been releasing from the track for past weeks.

Lyrically, the song digs into the messier side of relationships that explores the push and pull between wanting someone close and knowing they’re not always good for you. The title itself hints at that tension, the idea that even something harmful can feel comforting if it shows up in the right moment. It’s not a new theme in music, but The Guest List handle it with more restraint than most, letting the instrumentation do a lot of emotional lifting but also the lyrics forming a shape of what they want to say.

Production-wise, the track feels warmer and less polished than some of the band’s recent releases, which suits the subject matter. There’s a rawness to the guitar tone and a looseness to the drums that makes it feel like it was recorded in one take.

Speaking about the release, the band said they wanted this one to feel honest rather than perfect, and that comes through. The band have also just completed a few of their anticipated summer shows such as Neighbourhood Weekender and The Isle Of Wight Festival, meaning the release of their album in late August will only amplify their next live shows. This includes their headline tour that starts in October 2026, that will showcase ‘Something Real’.

London indie-rock band The Big Moon have announced their fourth studio album, ‘Forever’, set for release on October 30 via Fiction Records, following their 2022 record ‘Here Is Everything’. The news arrives alongside the album’s lead single, ‘Gravity’ and details of a UK headline tour.

Where ‘Here Is Everything’ was shaped by new motherhood during the pandemic, ‘Forever’ explores comes after life’s big milestones, lyricised by a more direct link to mortality. In 2024, Jackson was diagnosed with a cholesteatoma, a benign cyst inside the eardrum that required surgery and left her with permanent hearing loss in one ear. She has described the experience as “pretty much existential,” given that writing songs is her job and passion.

Rather than let the diagnosis stall her, Jackson began writing for an imagined future version of herself who had already recovered and was happy again, which has given fans the joy of what’s coming with their new album.

“Gravity” was inspired by the moment her young son runs to hug her at nursery pickup, and the song reflects on holding onto fleeting, precious moments. The album was recorded over three weeks at Bam Bam Studios in Norfolk, co-produced by the band alongside Sam Cohen, known for his work with Kevin Morby.

The ten-track record runs: “Gravity,” “Three Things,” “Fun,” “F.O.R.E.V.E.R,” “Sounds,” “You Remind Me That I’m Dying (and that it’s good to be alive),” “Speed Bump,” “Can I Get A Reading Please,” “I See You, Honey,” and “Chill.” Bassist Celia Archer has said the songs aren’t lightweight despite their brightness, but rather show that it’s possible to face set backs and hard moments.

Before the album drops, The Big Moon will spend the summer playing outdoor support slots alongside Alanis Morissette, Self Esteem, and Public Service Broadcasting. They’ll then head out on a headline UK tour in November, wrapping up with their biggest-ever headline show at London’s O2 Academy Brixton on November the 27th . Other stops include Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bristol, Brighton, Manchester, and Leeds.

The song is a noticeable shift from previous singles that they have released for fans, ‘Hippie Sunshine’ and ‘Great Pretender’. The two tracks both sat firmly in psychedelic guitar-pop genres, remaining a familiar sound to their smash album’s of the 2000’s such as ‘Kasabian’ and ‘L.S.F’, but with a twist. ‘Superpowers’ takes a different approach that is laidback, synth-driven with a G-Funk aspect and an infectious pop chorus.

Frontman Serge Pizzorno said the inspiration came from hearing Snoop Dogg’s Doggystyle for the first time in a mate’s car, that instant reaction of never having heard anything quite like it before. He said recording ‘Superpowers’ was the first time he felt the sound in his head truly matched what came out of the speakers.

Alongside the single, Serge filmed a series of audition tapes with Adolescence actor Stephen Graham, handing him the song’s lyrics as a script and capturing his raw performances on camera.

The album ‘Act III’ has been pushed back from July 17th to September 4th, with the band telling fans they needed a little more time to get everything right, saying: “Albums are forever.” 

After their recent, epic performance at TRNSMT Festival, Kasabian have more shows for anticipated fans to ahead. They have a headline sold-out show at Finsbury Park in London on July 4th, before a summer of festival dates including Leeds, Boardmasters and Victorious Festival. ‘Act III’ will be their ninth studio album, and their previous seven records all reached number one on the UK Albums Chart.

The track lands soon after the release of ‘Joke About Divorce’, the disco-funk track the five-piece dropped back in April, which signalled the start of a new creative chapter for the band following the enormous success of their fourth consecutive UK number one album, Gary, in 2024. Where ‘Joke About Divorce’ leaned into dry wit and sarcastic lyrics and title, ‘Meet Me In Love’ listens firmly the other way as a romantic pop song, anchored by frontman Tom Ogden’s undoubted vocals and a catchy beat. Lyrically, the track is built around the simple but gutting sentiment of wanting someone so completely that their absence feels like a missing piece.

The music video, which dropped alongside the single just yesterday, features Maya Jama in a groovy lead role. Her natural fit being her screen presence and her status as one of the UK’s most recognisable faces right now made the video truly stand out. Jama, who has fronted Love Island since its 2023 winter series and recently hosted the latest All Stars edition in South Africa, brings a warmth and irony to the visual that completes the love-driven track.

Blossoms have always had stand out videos and tracks that lean into the theatrical, their videos tend to feel like short films rather than promotional content to bring their lyrics to life. The band bringing in someone like Jama, who is no stranger to the camera or media watchers, elevates the video into a spectacle of entertainment.

This year marks a decade since Blossoms released their self-titled debut album, which shot straight to number one and earned them a Mercury Prize nomination, this makes their current run of singles feel even more special and exciting for fans. The record is the band’s third studio album in five years, following ‘The Quest’ (2021) and ‘Mirror to the Sky’ (2023), and was recorded across 2024 and 2025 with guitarist Steve Howe producing the music. Work on the album began almost immediately after the ‘Classic Tales of Yes’ tour that wrapped in 2024, with the band developing material through home studios before bringing their ideas together.

The lineup remains the same five-piece since 2023, with Howe on guitar, Geoff Downes on keyboards, Billy Sherwood on bass and vocals, Jon Davison on lead vocals, and Jay Schellen on drums.

Two singles came before the release of the album. The title track came out this April with a music video created by Matt Hutchings, who has previously worked with Greg Lake, Oasis and Iron Maiden. ‘Turnaround Situation’ followed this May, spotlighting the anticipation for the album release. The title track features orchestral arrangements performed by the Czech National Symphony Orchestra, making the sound a strong collaboration of musical strengths and genres.

The album runs eight main tracks at just under an hour that set the tone for their live performances to come, the tracks include:

In terms of the tour, Yes have planned a nine-date UK ‘Fragile‘ Tour for April and May 2026, but postponed it after Howe required some urgent surgery and recovery time. The rescheduled dates are now confirmed for May 2027, with tickets from the original run remaining, with a new date at York Barbican on May the 15th has been added. The tour will feature ‘Fragile’ performed in its entirety alongside material from across the band’s catalogue, including tracks from ‘Aurora’.

Howe spoke about new album, stating that: “Making this record was joyful, a chance to play, explore and give everything to the music. It’s always been about collaboration, somebody can write a song, but until everybody puts their contribution in it isn’t really a Yes song. We’re not trying to echo the past; we’re carrying the spirit of Yes forward and turning it into something new.”

‘Aurora’ is out now for download on digital, but also CD and gatefold 2LP with a limited deluxe box set with Blu-ray featuring Dolby Atmos and 5.1 surround sound mixes for fans to enjoy.

The song is the third track shared from their upcoming self-titled album, which drops on the 7th of August 2026. It follows earlier singles ‘My Baby’s Place’ and ‘Heatin Park’. Both of the tracks retain the band’s original indie feel-good sounds, with ‘Hurracane’ also leaning into the band’s signature guitar-driven and anthemic tracks that are built around catchy choruses and up-beat summer sounds.

Guitarist Matt Mason said the track was inspired by the idea of a storm: “‘Hurracane‘ has a recurrent musical motion that’s a nod to the song lyrically and we used the idea of a displacing storm to tell the story leaning into a style that we hadn’t recorded ourselves before.” The track is guitar heavy, alluding to an idea of movement of a hurricane, and a motion driven theme to allow fans to physically feel the melodies of the song.

Their upcoming album is their fifth studio album, and their first under a new deal with Wonderlick Entertainment and Sony. Their last two records both charted in the UK top five, so the anticipation for the next wave of music is an exciting one for fans globally.

The tour starts in Southampton on the 1st of February and runs through the month, with two nights at Manchester Academy and a headline show at the Eventim Apollo in London on the 12th of February. It then wraps up in Dublin on the 20th of February, after visiting Irish venues.

This comes after the band were already over earlier in 2026 for a sold-out run of shows marking the 10th anniversary of their debut album ‘Hills End’ and their exciting appearance at the Neighbourhood Weekender festival. Demand was high enough that extra dates had to be added in several cities.
