Pendulum have confirmed details of a UK headline tour for November 2025 in support of their upcoming album ‘Inertia’, their first full-length release in 15 years. The album is due out on August 22 via Mushroom Music.
Pendulum began in Perth, Australia, as a trio of DJs before forming a full band in 2002. They built a strong following with their distinctive fusion of electronic music, hard rock, and metal. Their 2005 debut ‘Hold Your Colour’ was rooted primarily in drum and bass, while follow-up albums ‘In Silico’ (2008) and ‘Immersion’ (2010) incorporated elements of industrial and electronic rock. The group went on a hiatus in 2012 as members pursued side projects, before reforming in 2018. ‘Inertia’, due for release this August, is their first album since reuniting.
The Australian electronic rock band returned earlier this year following a decade-long hiatus, with ‘Inertia’ described as their most personal work to date. It follows 2010’s ‘Immersion’ and includes collaborations with Bullet For My Valentine, AWOLNATION, Scarlxrd, Joey Valance, Brae, and Hybrid Minds. Frontman Rob Swire produced the record, which has already been previewed by the singles ‘Save The Cat’ and ‘Cannibal’.
Speaking about the project, producer and frontman Rob Swire said: “It’s the sound of Pendulum finding themselves again, and me figuring myself out to a certain extent. Breakups do that – they strip things down and show you who you are. I’m just trying not to become the guy who needs to go through one just to make a record.”
The Inertia UK tour opens at Edinburgh’s Corn Exchange on November 1, before moving to Bristol’s Prospect Building on November 3, Wolverhampton’s Civic Hall on November 4, and London’s O2 Academy Brixton on November 6. The run concludes at Manchester’s Depot Mayfield on November 9.
Tickets go on sale Friday, August 15 at 9am BST and can be accessed here.
