Birmingham duo GANS have released the 2nd single from their upcoming debut album ‘Good For The Soul’.
‘It’s Just Life’ follows the release of ‘I Think I Like You’, the first single off the new record, a song that has been a staple in GANS’ live shows for a while now.
As well as the release of the new single, Thomas Rhodes and Euan Woodman, better known as GANS, have announced that their debut album will be available from the 19th of September.
The debut album comes after a collection of singles that have caught the attention of many music fans, including BBC Radio 6 Music DJs Tom Ravenscroft and Deb Grant, who have featured GANS on their show on multiple occasions.
‘Good For The Soul’ FULL TRACKLIST:
- A FOOL

- I THINK I LIKE YOU
- THE KING’S HEAD

The new single comes just a few days after the band announced their ‘Brighter Future’ Tour later this year. The tour will see GANS take the stage in 11 cities across the UK this July, kicking off at the Tunbridge Wells Forum and concluding with a big finale at The Lexington in London.
However, the Tom and Euan are no stranger to being on the road, and they have recently finished their ‘Something Else’ UK tour, as well as a run of shows supporting Peter Doherty on his ‘Anywhere in Albion’ tour, after recently signing to the singer’s record label, Strap Originals.
Having previously been signed to indie label, Hot Dawg, ‘It’s Just Life’ is the third single GANS have released under their new deal.
The content of GANS discography so far has been well received so far, praised by When The Horn Blows for their “tracks that balance melodies with emotional depth”. Tom and Euan seem to have spent a considerable amount of time polishing their live act into a spectacle that has been described by God Is In The TV as “terrific entertainment, and everything that is good about punk rock in 2025.”
Their debut album is available for pre-order on vinyl and CD now from their website.
