Dekmantel have just released the lineup for their 2026 festival and it is as eclectic and exciting as ever. Scheduled across multiple days in the Amsterdamse Bos this summer, the festival features over 160 artists spanning techno, house, experimental electronica, ambient, and beyond.
Among the wealth of names on the bill, a couple of names do stand out and they each embody something different on the wide spectrum of current electronic music scenes: Death In Vegas and Colin Benders.
Britain’s own, Death In Vegas – led by Richard Fearless – is one of the most intriguing names on the 2026 lineup. With roots back to the mid-1990s, the group became known for their genre-bending experimental work; marrying psychedelic, techno and trip-hop influences. Over the years they’ve earned a reputation for constantly evolving sound that work well on immersive stages such as Dekmantel. The bands current live sound is heavily oriented around dub and techno music – two genres Fearless is outwardly keen on.
Fans can expect to hear material from their recent album ‘Death Mask’ a techno-oriented work released in 2025 that highlights Fearless’s ability to merge emotional depth with dance floor energy.
Dekmantel is also displaying some of Netherland’s homegrown talent this year in Colin Benders, a unique performer whose approach to electronic music is anything but conventional. Originally gaining attention under the moniker Kyteman, performing orchestral hip-hop with Kyteman’s Hip-Hop Orchestra, Benders shifted his focus toward modular synthesis and live electronic improvisation.
Benders builds layered, complex textures in real time, using his vast modular synthesiser – which watching him operate is a show in itself. Audiences at Dekmantel can expect a set that feels unpredictable and is genuinely unique – a perfect fit for a festival celebrated as much for its live electronic artistry as for its DJ lineups.
This year’s lineup upholds Dekmantel’s reputat ion as one of the best and most progressive electronic music festivals around today. Dekmantel 2026 returns from July 29 to August 2 and tickets are on sale now here.
