Lorde has been announced as a headliner for All Points East Festival 2026. She recently finished the North American leg of her 2025 ‘Ultrasound‘ world tour in support of her latest album ‘Virgin‘, and she has now been announced to headline the festival at London’s Victoria Park next year on August 22. She will be joined on the line-up by PinkPantheress, Zara Larsson, 2hollis, Oklou, Audery Hobert, Rose Gray, Esha, Tewari, ML Buch, and Fabiana Palladino, with the rest of the line-up still to be announced.
The organisers of the festival said, “All Points East is honoured to welcome global superstar Lorde as a headliner for next summer. A Grammy-winning artist and cultural force, Lorde is known for her genre-defying sound, introspective lyricism and striking creative vision. Since her breakthrough with ‘Pure Heroine’ in 2013, she has redefined the contours of modern pop-merging poetic storytelling with minimalist, emotionally resonant production.”
Earlier this year, All Points East was headlined by artists such as The Maccabees, Raye, Cleo Sol, SAULT, Chronixx, Chase & Status, and Barry Can’t Swim.
Lorde first broke into the UK scene with her single ‘Royals’, which topped the UK singles charts. Her debut album ‘Pure Heroine’ became a UK favourite, followed by ‘Melodrama’, which received widespread positivity and gained her a devoted UK fan base. Her 2025 album ‘Virgin‘ became her first ever UK number one album. She has also won two BRIT Awards in her career, both for International Female Solo Artist.
Lorde’s UK shows and tours have been huge moments in her career so far, including sold-out shows in London, Manchester, Glasgow, and festivals, which have allowed her to showcase her emotional storytelling on a stage. Her album ‘Solar Power’ further showcased her storytelling and allowed her to bring her intimate, simplistic production to UK venues.
Lorde performed a rare early UK show in her career in June 2014 at London’s Brixton Academy, which showcased her raw vulnerability and theatre style staging. She performed most of ‘Pure Heroine’ with dramatic visuals and emotional intensity, and at just 17 years old, she proved she could perform in a major London venue.
The UK and European leg of Lorde’s ‘Ultrasound’ tour has just kicked off, which features two concerts at London’s O2 Arena, and last night saw her bring out Stranger Things actress Sadie Sink on stage during ‘Green Light’. Lorde also brought out Charli XCX to do a joint rendition of ‘Girl, So Confusing’ during her show in Los Angeles last month.
Lorde has also been announced to perform at NOS Alive 2026, and has sparked rumours over a potential surprise set at next year’s Primavera Sound.
Tickets for the All Points East show next year go on general sale November 20 at 9am, and tickets can be bought here.
