
On June 15, some of the biggest names of the pop world are set to takeover London’s Wembley Stadium stage for the famous Summertime Ball festival. Busted vs McFly, Dasha, Jessie J and Benson Boone are amongst the artists that have been confirmed to be joining biggest name so far and pop icon: Mariah Carey. The singer is set to headline the festival with Barclaycard which will mark the hitmaker’s first UK concert in six years.
The festival is just one of many appearances from the American singer this summer with Carey set to headline the Brighton and Hove Pride on August 2nd as well as King Charles’ Royal Sandringham Estate in Norfolk on August 15th as part of the Heritage Live Series. As part of the Sandringham gig, the ‘We Belong Together’ singer will be joined by special guests including Nile Rodgers and CHIC and famous 90s band Eternal.
Presale for Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard 2025 opens on April 29 at 9am. Tickets are available exclusively on Global Player, the official Capital app. Tickets to Capital’s Summertime Ball go on general sale on April 30 at 9am.
Capital Breakfast hosts Jordan North, Chris Stark and Sian Welby will announce more names from 7am on Tuesday. Jordan North said: “We are absolutely buzzing to be back at Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard this year. We’ve just announced the first half of the incredible line-up on air but be sure to tune in to Capital Breakfast tomorrow for even more names that will be playing.”

Last year Kylie Minogue made a surprise appearance at the event to perform to the more than 80,000 fans at the radio station’s show. Will Smith & Jazzy Jeff, Tate McRae were also announced this past week as performers for the festival.
